Directions: Follow the A55 exiting at junction 11 and follow A5122 towards Bangor, turning right at the roundabout signposted Llandegai/Talybont. Follow the road to the bottom of the hill and the hotel can be found on your right before the 40mph sign. The property is situated very close to the trainline.
